Jerry speaks about failed lineup with Boombl4, flamie, deko and Aunkere
forZe's IGL Andrey "Jerry" Mekhryakov shared in an interview with Metaratings the information about the project of a possible lineup together with former NAVI players Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov and Egor "flamie" Vasilyev, which Eugene "Aunkere" Karyat previously spoke about. According to the captain, the roster was supposed to compete under the auspices of the organization BetBoom but was not assembled due to the players having different roles.
The information is true. This did not happen because the roster itself has mismatches in terms of roles, which have not been discussed. In order for this lineup to have been assembled, BetBoom Team had to make a decision about negotiations and transfer buyouts. But the organization preferred either OverDrive or hooch – we had our own coach who was supposed to work with us. I couldn't agree with the people I wanted to bring in. The whole idea fell apart like a house of cards, I understood this from the get-go. Yes, it was on paper, the possibility was there. Would it have turned out the way Aunkere described it on his live stream? Most likely, the composition would have looked different.
Jerry added that BetBoom has not given up on the idea of creating a CS:GO team. Mekhryakov stressed that BoombI4 would definitely be part of this roster.
