Astralis' AWPer Nicolai "device" Reedtz welcomed the significant changes to Ancient, which the developers introduced on the night of December 17. In his opinion, this update will completely change the game of teams.

Meta will change completely
With the latest CS:GO update, the developers revised the gameplay on Ancient. Bomb explosion damage radius was increased from 500 to 650, CT spawn locations were pushed back so that the previous timings increased by approximately 1 second, while the blocky objects on the B bombsite were compressed, creating more space.
