Virtus.pro announce new CEO and investor

Virtus.pro have announced that Aram Karamanukyan has become the club's new CEO and investor, as reported in a press release on VP's official website.

The publication notes that the new CEO has experience in the construction business and hospitality industry, which will allow the club to continue to expand its international presence.

Virtus.pro did not specify whether the arrival of the new investor means the organization's exit from the ESforce Holding structure. At the same time, the mention of VP as the company's key asset has disappeared from the holding's website.

The previous head of the Bears was Sergei Glamazda, who served as general manager. He left the position in May of this year, after which a group of ESforce top managers took over the management of the club.

At present, Virtus.pro's CS:GO roster plays under the neutral tag Outsiders at all big events. In March, the team was banned from playing under the Virtus.pro name due to tournament operators being aware of the club's ties to the Russian government amid ongoing hostilities in Ukraine.
