Dosia and mou's teammate VAC banned; CSPPA to investigate

Kazakh player Alisher "M1kami" Masakbay, who is part of the newly created Mihail "Dosia" Stolyarov and Rustem "mou" Telepov's roster, has been blocked by Valve anti-cheat, the esports athlete himself announced via his Twitter account.

According to M1kami, in early July, his account was hacked and the hacker played one game in the official matchmaking before control was restored. However, after a few days, the account received a VAC ban, which was issued automatically upon detection of the use of cheats and, according to the rules of Steam, is non-negotiable.

Masakbay took to social media to call on CS:GO developers and the Counter-Strike Professional Players' Association (CSPPA) to help him lift the block. Responding to one of the Twitter users saying the VAC ban cannot be appealed, the esports athlete noted that he knows several cases when Valve helped professional players with this issue.

The CSPPA has already contacted M1kami and received additional information to conduct the investigation.
