Evil Geniuses confirm maLeK as new coach

American organization Evil Geniuses has officially announced the signing of ex-G2 coach Damien "⁠maLeK⁠" Marcel. Earlier, Dexerto reported the EG's intentions to work with the French specialist.

maLeK⁠ entered free agency on November 16. During the three years under his leadership, G2 has not won a single prestigious tournament, yet many times made it to the grand finals of big events, including the last Major.

Evil Geniuses introduced the new coach as part of the roster rebuilding. The two active members of the lineup are rumored to be joined by Jake "Stewie2K" Yip and Timothy "autimatic" Ta. A fifth member has not been confirmed, but Owen "oBo" Schlatter, who left the club in November, may return to the team.
