MOUZ and Falcons advance to BLAST Open Porto 2026 playoffs

First round of the lower bracket matches in Group B at BLAST Open Porto 2026 has concluded, with two more teams getting relegated from the event.

9z lost to Vitality (2-13 on Dust2, 6-13 on Nuke), while Lynn Vision got defeated by FUT (13:10 on Dust2, 3:13 on Anubis, 7:13 on Ancient). The losers tied for 13th-16th place and secured $5,000 in prizes, while the winners advanced to the next round of the losers' round.

Furthermore, two more squads in the final stage of the event were determined today. In the second round of the upper bracket in Group B, MOUZ got the better of Inner Circle (13:4 on Ancient, 13:5 on Mirage), while Falcons prevailed over Legacy (13:6 on Mirage, 10:13 on Ancient, 13:6 on Dust2). The losers dropped to the lower bracket, while the winners will face off on August 31 in a match for a place directly in the playoff semi-finals (both teams have already secured spots in the next stage of the competition).
