ESL Pro League Season 25 to be held in Saudi Arabia
ESL has announced the location for ESL Pro League Season 25, with the Counter-Strike 2 event set to take place in Saudi Arabia from March 6 to 14, 2027.
The tournament will feature a total prize pool of $1.25 million, with 16 teams competing. Twelve of them will receive direct invites based on Valve's ranking, while the remaining spots will go to winners of regional ESL Challenger League competitions.
For reference, ESL Pro League Season 23 took place from March 1 to 15, 2026, with the final stage held in Stockholm, Sweden. The prize pool stood at $400,000, with NAVI defeating Aurora 3:1 in the grand final. Drin "makazze" Shaqiri was named the MVP of the competition. Season 24 of EPL is scheduled for October this year.
