Opening matchups of PGL Astana 2026 revealed

Organizers of PGL Astana 2026 have unveiled the seeding, revealing the opening matchups of the group stage for the upcoming Counter-Strike 2 tournament.

Falcons will debut against K27, FURIA will face Monte, MOUZ will take on Gentle Mates, Team Spirit will go up against The Huns, while PARIVISION will meet 9z.

The event will be split into two stages: a Swiss-format group stage (BO3 matches, with the top eight teams advancing) and playoffs (Single Elimination BO3, with a BO5 grand final).

PGL Astana 2026 will take place from May 9 to 17 in Astana, Kazakhstan. Sixteen squads will compete for a total prize pool of $800,000.
