Insider: "Virtus.pro are close to disbanding their main roster and signing a core from the top 18 of VRS!"

According to unofficial reports, the esports organization Virtus.pro may completely disband its current Counter-Strike 2 roster and sign a new team. Insider Vlad "harumi" Radvilovich reported this via his personal Telegram channel.

Virtus.pro are close to disbanding their main roster and signing a core from the top 18 of VRS!

Note that several weeks ago Virtus.pro introduced a new head of the club's Counter-Strike 2 team – Anton "S4Y4P" Sayapin. Furthermore, coach of VP's youth squad Dmitriy "ProbLeM" Martinov has temporarily taken over as the coach of the club's main roster.

Virtus.pro currently sits 79th amobg the world's top Counter-Strike 2 teams according to Valve. The team failed to qualify for the LAN finals of BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 1.
