fnatic signs two Ukrainian players
British esports club fnatic has rounded out its Counter-Strike 2 roster – Rodion "fear" Smyk and Denys "Burmylov" Buraga have officially joined the squad. The announcement was published on the organization's X social media account.
fear's previous team was Passion UA, while Burmylov competed for MOUZ's youth roster last year. They replaced Tim "nawwk" Jonasson and Alexandre "bodyy" Pianaro, who were benched by fnatic earlier this month.
fnatic secured the last place at Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 in China and earned $10,000 in prize money. The roster currently ranks 28th among the world's best Counter-Strike 2 teams according to HLTV. Note that last December fnatic also bid farewell to coach Jamie "keita" Hall, who had worked with the team for over three years.
fnatic are now:
Freddy "KRIMZ" Johansson
Matúš "MATYS" Šimko
Benjamin "blameF" Bremer
Rodion "fear" Smyk
