BetBoom Team signs Boombl4 and Ax1Le

Esports organization BetBoom Team has officially announced its updated Counter-Strike 2 roster. It includes two former Cloud9 players – Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov and Sergey "Ax1Le" Rykhtorov.

Mikhailov and Rykhtorov replaced Vladislav "nafany" Gorshkov and Aleksandr "⁠KaiR0N-⁠" Anashkin, whom the organization benched and put up for transfer back in November of last year.

Ax1Le's average rating over the past three months amounted to 1.09 (in 24 maps); Boombl4's – to 0.93. Rykhtorov competed for Cloud9 since April of 2022, while Mikhailov joined the American club in November of 2023.

Note that BetBoom Team lost the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Europe RMR and did not qualify for the Shanghai Major. The squad currently occupies 27th place in HLTV ranking.
