enkay J takes over as ENCE's new coach

Finnish esports club ENCE has unveiled new coach of its Counter-Strike 2 roster – Niclas "enkay J" Krumhorn. The announcement was published on the organization's X social media account.

The 35-year-old German esports athlete replaced Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński, who was benched by ENCE at the end of August of this year.

enkay J's previous team was Entropiq – he had coached it from July 2023 to June 2024, after which the club put its entire roster up for transfer due to the cancellation of open qualifiers for the Major. Before that, Krumhorn had worked with BIG, Sprout, ALTERNATE aTTaX and other teams.

Niclas will debut under the auspices of ENCE tomorrow, September 10, at the 20th season of ESL Pro League – the squad will face Liquid in the first round of Group D. ENCE currently occupies 28th place in HLTV ranking.
