G2 and HEROIC round out list of IEM Dallas 2024 playoffs participants

The last berths in the IEM Dallas 2024 playoffs went to G2 and HEROIC. The European teams won matches in the lower bracket finals of their groups.

In the closing matchup of Group A, G2 prevailed over Liquid in a full BO3 series – 11:13 on Dust2, 13:8 on Inferno and 13:1 on Nuke. In turn, in a match for getting into the top three finalists of Group B, HEROIC bested BIG with a scoreline of 2:0 – 13:7 on Ancient and 13:4 on Nuke.
