PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 viewer's guide

PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 featuring a prize pool of $1.25 million will take place from March 17 to 31 in the capital of Denmark. Traditionally, the Major is divided into three stages: Opening Stage, Elimination Stage and Playoff Stage.

Opening Stage (March 17-20) and Elimination Stage (March 21-24) will be held according to the Swiss system, with 16 teams competing in one group for a place in the top 8. The competition format implies best-of-one matches, with the exception of elimination matches and matches for advancing, which will play out in a BO3 format. Teams that secure three victories in five rounds will advance to the next stage.

The Elimination Stage winners will determine the winner in the Playoff Stage in a Single Elimination BO3 format. The playoffs will take place from March 28 to 31.
