pashaBiceps suggests Valve to create commission for checking potential cheaters

Legendary Counter-Strike player Jarosław "pashaBiceps" Jarząbkowski has proposed creating an official commission that could visit esports athletes suspected of using illegal software to gain an in-game advantage to check their PCs and other gear. He addressed Valve via his Twitter account.

As you might have noticed, there is a huge problem with cheaters wanting to qualify for the big events such as IEM etc. As you probably know in many traditional sports there are investigative commission who can come to visit you and get you tested for doping. Valve should have launch their own commission that will be allowed to come and check your PC and Gaming gear. As I retired CS players will be happy to become a CEO of that commission.

Note that the topic of the problem with cheaters present at the professional level has been raised once again during the qualifying cycle for PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024. Famous players complained en masse about the organizers falling short to ensure the integrity of competition, while IKLA's decision to leave Counter-Strike became the culmination of the scandal.
