bladE steps down as Movistar Riders coach

Spanish coach Galder "bladE" Barcena is parting ways with Movistar Riders. The organization announced his departure via its official Twitter account.

bladE has been coaching Movistar Riders since January 2019. Under his guidance, the team won multiple local tournaments and ESL Challenger Melbourne 2023, reached the semi-finals of Global Esports Tour Dubai 2022 and IEM Cologne 2022, as well as participated in four seasons of ESL Pro League.

Note that Movistar Riders plan to assemble an international roster. It was previously reported that the club was trialling Adam "NEOFRAG" Zouhar and Guy "anarkez" Trachtman. However, it is unknown who will take over as the team's new coach.
