Peppzor leaves fnatic upon contract expiry

fnatic have announced on its official Twitter account that they are parting ways with Peppe "Peppzor" Borak. The 20-year-old Swede became a free agent after the expiry of his contract.

Peppzor is a "graduate" of fnatic's academy project. He has been with fnatic Rising since early 2020 and, among other things, helped the team win the fifth season of the WePlay Academy League.

During his career in fnatic, Borak was several times called up to stand in for the main roster. In particular, in the spring of this year, he spent several months on the senior team, during which he took part in ESL Pro League Season 15 and a number of qualifiers for other big tournaments.

A week and a half ago, Peppzor, being part of fnatic's main team, won Elisa Masters Espoo 2022, stepping in for Freddy "KRIMZ" Johansson.

In the near future, Peppzor will play several matches for fnatic Rising at ESL Challenger League Season 43 Europe, after which he will finally depart the club.
