"I don't think we're that far away". device told when Astralis will be in peak form

Astralis' Nicolai "device" Reedtz gave an interview to Pley.gg, in which, among other things, he spoke about the current state of the team. According to the star AWPer, now, despite the roster change, the Danish squad is close to reaching the peak of its form.

It's funny. Everybody is kind of doubting Astralis and because we've been at an extremely high level, it is so easy to criticize us and the organization. Being here, you really don't have that feeling of being "far away". The results haven't been there at all, everybody can see that, but look around, look at the Major. Look at our good friends and colleagues out there – it is not that easy to stay on top and no team does that for a long period of time.

I really don't think we're that far away, and the time we have to build on our game, roles and how we do things here. It could actually end up being an advantage for us.

device returned to Astralis in October of this year after ten months of being inactive, which was caused by mental issues. The Danish club is rumored to have paid NIP about €600,000 for his transfer.

device's first match after returning to Astralis will take place on December 4 in the Round of 16 of CCT North Europe Series 2.
