Infinity and ARCTIC eliminated from Americas RMR

The final matches of the third round at IEM Road to Rio 2022 Americas RMR saw Infinity losing to TeamOne (14:16 on Inferno and 10:16 on Mirage) and ARCTIC being bested by Isurus (9:16 on Inferno and 10:16 on Ancient). Having suffered three defeats in a row, these teams finish their run at the qualifying tournament.

Isurus and TeamOne now join the 1-2 pool also featuring Imperial, Nouns, MIBR and O PLANO. All of these teams retain their chances of qualifying for IEM Rio 2022, yet can no longer afford a slip.

Tomorrow, October 7, the American qualifier for IEM Rio 2022 will continue with six fourth-round games. Following the results of the 00NATION – Complexity, 9z – ATK и paiN – FURIA matchups, three squads to make the Major will be known, while the losers from the MIBR – Isurus, Imperial – TeamOne и O PLANO – Nouns meetings will be sent packing.
