cadiaN and stavn extend contracts with Heroic

Valid contracts of Heroic's Casper "cadiaN" Møller and Martin "stavn" Lund have been extended for two years, the Danish club has announced on social media.

cadiaN and stavn have been donning the Heroic jersey since 2019 and during this time helped the team win such big events as ESL One Cologne 2020 Europe and ESL Pro League Season 13. Over the last two years, the Danes have been among the leaders of the CS:GO pro scene and several times held the first spot in the world rankings.

Heroic announce the extension of the agreements with the two shortly after being eliminated from ESL Pro League Season 16. The cadiaN-led squad made it to the playoffs from second place in its group, after which lost to NAVI in the Round of 12 to finish the tournament in 9-12th place.

Heroic's next matches will take place from October 4 to 9 at the European RMR event. Besides the Danish roster, the competition for eight tickets to IEM Rio Major 2022 will feature NAVI, ENCE, Vitality, BIG, Outsiders, Falcons, MOUZ, K23, OG, Monte, Sangal, FANTASY, SAW, HEET and Illuminar.
