Astralis, 1WIN, HEET and SAW qualify for Europe RMR

Astralis, 1WIN, HEET and SAW have become another confirmed participants in the upcoming European RMR tournament. These teams earned spots in the event after successful performances in the fourth open qualifier.

The top four teams won several best-of-ones, after which played a best-of-three match for a place in the RMR. In the playoffs, Astralis, 1WIN, HEET and SAW took over Illuminar, Forward, Benched Heroes and GamerLegion, respectively.

Today, August 28, the open qualifiers will continue with additional matches, in which Illuminar, Forward, Benched Heroes and GamerLegion will determine the last two squads to secure a ticket to the qualifying tournament for the Major, while Astralis, 1WIN, HEET and SAW will compete for the best seed in the upcoming event.

The Europe RMR will be held from October 4 to 9 in Malta being split into two parts, each of which will see 16 teams fighting for 8 spots in IEM Rio Major 2022.
