paiN buy out zevy from Sharks and break Brazilian scene's transfer fee record

paiN have bought Romeu "zevy" Rocco out from Sharks, the organization has announced on their social media accounts. In the press release, excerpts from which were cited by Dust2.com.br, the club called this transfer the biggest one in the history of the Brazilian CS:GO scene.

paiN did not disclose the amount that was spent on the acquisition of the player, but according to journalists, the fee amounts to around €325,000. Earlier, it was reported that Sharks received the same sum for the sale of Lucas "Lucaozy" Neves to Fluxo.

zevy was not paiN's only newcomer during the off-season as the Brazilians needed to fill in the void left by Gabriel "NEKIZ" Schenato and Gabriel "nython" Lino. Besides the new AWPer, the squad was joined by Felipe "skullz" Medeiros, who previously played for ODDIK.

paiN's announcement on signing the two came ahead of the team's debut in the first open qualifier for the Americas RMR tournament kicking off on August 15.

 paiN's current lineup is:

 Felipe "skullz" Medeiros
 Rodrigo "biguzera" Bittencourt
 Romeu "zevy" Rocco
 Vinicios "PKL" Coelho
 Wesley "hardzao" Lopes

 Henrique "rikz" Wakku (coach)
