TaZ and NEO to take turns playing for HONORIS

The Polish organization HONORIS has announced on its social media the expansion of the roster to six people and a new concept for the development of its CS:GO division. Among other things, the press release states that club founders Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas and Filip "NEO" Kubski will play on a rotational basis.

The announced team development plan was called "4+1". It implies the presence of four young players and one experienced esports athlete who will help the teammates develop faster.

It is anticipated that when one from the TaZ and NEO pair takes part in matches, the second founder will take care of the team outside the server. Kubski believes that this will help the squad improve their results.

With Wictor, we won almost everything that could be won in CS:GO, but the desire to achieve more is still there, hence the idea of a new team model. This will create a comfortable situation for me and TaZ, where one of us will be active on the server, while the other will support the team in other ways. Based on our experience, this is the ideal solution that will allow us to look at the team's activities from two equally important points of view. I expect that this idea, which TaZ and I talked about from the very beginning, will allow HONORIS to achieve good results.

HONORIS players are currently at the bootcamp preparing for the start of the open qualifiers for the upcoming RMR tournament kicking off on August 15. At the same time, it is not known which of the organization's founders will start the IEM Rio 2022 Major-qualifying cycle as a player.

 HONORIS' current lineup is:

 Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas
 Filip "NEO" Kubski
 Kamil "reiko" Cegiełko
 Denis "Grashog" Hristov
 Dawid "SaMey" Stańczak
 Kamil "Sobol" Sobolewski
