FC Barcelona's stadium to host $150,000 LAN tournament
From October 13 to 16, the 90,000-seater Camp Nou, which is the home stadium for FC Barcelona, will host Flow FiReLEAGUE 2022 Global Finals with a prize pool of $150,000, the organizers of the event announced on social media.
The tournament will feature eight teams competing in the Single Elimination best-of-three format. Playing out within Camp Nou's walls will be the best-of-five grand final.
As of now, we know two out of eight participants of Flow FiReLEAGUE 2022 Global Finals. 9z made it to the tournament by winning last year's regional qualifier, while Imperial received a direct invite.
The organizers will unveil another invitee shortly. The five remaining spots will be distributed through the South American, North American and European qualifiers.
