Official: sdy joins NAVI as stand-in

NAVI have officially announced that Viktor "sdy" Orudzhev will stand in for the team at the upcoming tournaments. The club's press release thus confirmed the previously published insider by Alexey "OverDrive" Birukov.

Orudzhev joined the NAVI roster on loan from MAD Lions replacing Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov, who was put on the bench earlier. The organization clarified that the prospects for the Ukrainian in the team will depend on his performance at the upcoming BLAST Premier Spring Final 2022.

sdy stepped in for NAVI a month after MAD Lions transfer-listed him and his teammates and left the competitive CS:GO scene. Playing under the ex-MAD Lions tag ever since, he has taken part in such events as Elisa Invitational Spring 2022 and ESL Challenger League Season 41 Europe.

BLAST Premier Spring Final 2022 mentioned above, where Orudzhev will make his debut with NAVI, will be held in Lisbon from June 15 to 19.
