MOUZ and fnatic to play at IEM Winter 2021

MOUZ and fnatic have become the first two winners of the closed European qualifier for IEM Winter 2021. During the first day of the final qualifying stage, Christopher "dexter" Nong's team defeated 9z and K23, while Alex "ALEX" McMeekin's squad took over ENCE and FunPlus Phoenix.

The fate of the last IEM Winter 2021 ticket will be decided tomorrow, October 19, in the matches of the lower bracket. K23 - ENCE and FunPlus Phoenix - Team Spirit matchups will kick off at 14:30 MSK. The winners of these will determine the team to secure a slot in the LAN championship with a prize pool of $250,000.

IEM Winter 2021 will take place from December 2 to 12 with sixteen teams taking part. The organizers are yet to announce the location of the tournament.
