ToH1o joins Nexus as coach

The Romanian organization Nexus announced the signing of Anton "ToH1o" Georgiev as the team's head coach. A month ago, the Bulgarian specialist was released off the ban by the eSports Integrity Commission (ESIC), which accused him of using a coaching bug in September 2020.

Since we formed as an organization, our main objective has been to support a team that can fight from equal to European forces. Unfortunately, in the last year, we have completely neglected the CS: GO team, failing to live up to the expectations of the public, which supported us even in the hardest moments.
Today, 2 crucial changes in this direction. We would like to officially welcome them to the CS: GO team, as the fifth player and Toh1o, as the coach of our team. We believe that their experience will play a vital role in regaining the field in the European scene and all we can say is that we are anxious to see some changes for the better. Go Nexus! ?

Shortly before he was banned from CS:GO tournaments, Georgiev coached the SMASH and Excellency squads. He also previously worked with Bulgarian teams Outlaws, Windigo and FATE.

The closest scheduled tournament with Nexus is ESEA Advanced Season 38. The European division of the championship begins on August 2.
