mezii swaps robiin in Endpoint

Former Cloud9 player William "mezii" Merryman has moved to Endpoint, replacing Robin "robiin" Hegren. The British organization has made an official announcement on their website.

According to the player, he had several offers while he was on Cloud9's bench before making the final decision to join Endpoint. He chose Endpoint as the best place to develop as a player because he sees great potential in the current roster.

“I am super happy to be joining Endpoint. I feel they have shown great potential for a while now with some strong performances against top teams in the most recent season of Pro League. I had several proposals but it was a pretty easy decision to accept this offer from Endpoint as I know this is the perfect place for me to progress even further as a player and achieve great things with a team that has strong foundations already.” - mezii

According to an Endpoint press release, robiin was granted free agent status. The 26-year-old Swede has represented the club since July 2019.

Mezii will make his debut for the new team on April 25 as part of the ESL Premiership Spring 2021 semifinals. At this time, the opponent of the renewed lineup is unknown.
