FURIA's latest asset will miss BLAST Premier Global Final 2020

FURIA will compete at the 2020 BLAST Premier Global Final without Patyn "junior" Johnson, who was officially introduced to the team the day before. It was announced by the organization's chief investor Andre Accari on his Instagram.

The American has to miss the upcoming championships because he won't be able to reunite with the rest of the roster at the bootcamp in Serbia due to problems with his passport. At this point, it's unknown who will serve as a stand-in.

Meanwhile, Akkari announced that today, January 14, FURIA will unveil its sixth player, who the organization has been searching for since last fall. The team's rookie will likely replace junior at the BLAST Premier Final 2020 tournament.

The BLAST Premier Global Final 2020 will take place Jan. 19-24. Eight competitors will compete in an online format for a million-dollar prize pool. Up-to-date results, a full schedule, and a live stream of the tournament are available on our website at this link.
