Kjaerbye will miss closest North matches

North will continue to perform at ESL One: Road to Rio - Europe without Markus "Kjaerbye" Kjaerbye as the player is ill. He will be replaced by Danish coach Jimmy "Jumpy" Berndtssson.

According to Valve's rating tournament regulations, North will lose 20% of their points earned on ESL One: Road to Rio 2020 because of his replacement. If Kjaerbye is returned to the rankings, which is allowed by the regulations, the final result will be reduced to 64%.

With three wins in the asset after six rounds of group stage, North still has a chance to make the playoffs. In the next game, the North will face G2.
