Cloud9 TenZ switched to VALORANT

Taison "TenZ" Ngo, the CS:GO reserve player of the Cloud9 team, announced his decision to switch his career to VALORANT, which is scheduled for release in summer 2020. The 18-year-old Canadian was the first confirmed member of the organization in the new discipline.

TenZ appeared on CS:GO scene in early 2019, joining the North American player mix under the tag Bad News Bears. He signed a contract with Cloud9 in July, but was transferred to the reserve three months later.

Earlier, the transition to the shooter from Riot Games announced the well-known pro-player in CS:GO Braxton "swag" Pierce. He will assemble a lineup on VALORANT for Korean multiplayer T1.

The closed beta testing of VALORANT started on April 7. Popular streamers and prominent players in the FPS disciplines have been pre-accessed to help developers make critical adjustments and introduce the new game to the audience.
