EPL S11 EU. OG & FaZe are out

As a result of the following play day at ESL Pro League S11 fnatic, Natus Vincere and Astralis have won their matches. It is noteworthy that on the eve of the final matches of the second group stage OG and FaZe lost their chances to advance to the playoffs.

The fourth series of matches kicked off with pair mousesports against fnatic. Most of the map on Inferno was played by Finn "karrigan" Andersen's team pace, but starting with the score 7:11 the Swedish team managed to take a series of eight rounds and in the final credit the card on their account - 16:13. On their Nuke mouz couldn't resist the onslaught of their opponent - 16:7 for fnatic.

Natus Vincere met FaZe, the current outsider of the group. On the first two cards of the BO3 rivalry, the European five had a nine round advantage, and if on Mirage they stopped the comeback from "born to win", then on Train they've given up eleven rounds to the row, which eventually led to the defeat. The decisive Nuke was already more consistent, with NAVI winning 16-13.

Astralis had no particular problems in the match against OG and won 2-0 (Dust2 16:8 and Overpass 16:10). On both cards, the Danish grand started for an attack, where they've secured a seven-round advantage and then brought the game to victorious end on the defense side. This result preserves the chances of Astralis, who started with two losses in the second group stage, to reach the playoffs.
