Virtus.pro payed ~$1,5m for AVANGAR roster transfer

Virtus.pro has acquired AVANGAR CS:GO roster for about $1.5 million, reports Telegram channel CYBERSLOVO with reference to its own sources. The transfer was officially announced on December 16.

The transfer of AVANGAR under the auspices of Virtus.pro took place on the eve of EPICENTER 2019, which was held from 17 to 22 December in Moscow. At the debut tournament, Jami "Jame" Ali's team took the last place, losing in the group stage to mousesports and forZe. The bears' winter schedule includes participation in DreamHack Open Leipzig 2020, ICE Challenge 2020 and IEM Katowice 2020.
