Gambit Esports Invited to DreamHack Open Tours

​Gambit Esports is joining Team EnVyUs, Torqued, and AGO Esports for DreamHack Open Tours. Gambit will be the ​second team invited to the event, alongside ​Team EnVyUs. Torqued and AGO Esports are the North American and European qualifiers respectively.

Gambit Esports recently participated in the Masters: Season 1, getting knocked out in the quarterfinals by GODSENT. It also competed in DreamHack Masters Marseille, getting to the ​semifinals before being eliminated by Natus Vincere. Gambit Esports was also recently ​acquired by Russian telecom giant Mobile Telecom for a reported $5 million.

The DreamHack Open Tours will be held in Tours France in the Parc des Expositions, where the teams will be competition for a $100,000 prize pool. It is the the first event of the DreamHack Open Circuit, as the Leipzig event conflicted with ESL Majors. A total of eight teams will be participating in the tournament set to run from May 19-21.
