DreamHack announce Marseille qualifier details

Dates and times have been announced for the qualifier, with one team earning a spot in Marseille.

With DreamHack Masters Marseille taking place in the middle of April, DreamHack have announced the dates and format for the open and closed qualifiers.
The North America open qualifiers are set to take place on March 23rd and 24th, hosted on the ESEA platform. Registration is open now, and is set to close at 6PM EST on the 23rd. From there the first round of games will begin at 8PM EST, before taking a break until the 24th where the final set of games will start at 4PM EST.

The top four teams from the open qualifier will head to the closed qualifier, which is set to take place on March 25th. Beginning at 2PM, four invited teams will face off against the qualifying teams for the one qualifying position for the DreamHack Masters Marseille.

The qualifying team will join two teams from the European qualifier and the four currently invited teams of G2, Astralis, mousesports and SK in the $250,000 tournament. With more invites coming, it is likely that North American heavyweights Cloud9 and Liquid will receive express tickets to the event.
