NAVI sign ENCE's former performance coach

Ukrainian organization NAVI announced via their official website signing of performance coach Urszula Klimczak.

For the past year, Klimczak has been working as a performance coach and Head of Player Development at the Finnish organization ENCE. Furthermore, her track record includes cooperation with other famous clubs like TSM, fnatic and CLG.

Reportedly, Klimczak will work with NAVI's CS2 and Valorant rosters. Soon she will join the team at the Barcelona bootcamp, ​​which the Black-and-Yellow will hold ahead of BLAST Premier Fall Final 2023 and BLAST Premier World Final 2023.

Previously, psychologist Gleb Surabekiants worked with NAVI's roster. He had been occupying this position from 2019 to 2022.
