NAVI and Apeks sent home from IEM Sydney 2023
NAVI and Apeks got eliminated from the group stage of IEM Sydney 2023. As a result, they placed 9th-12th, securing $5K in prizes each.
In the lower bracket semi-final of Group A, the Black-and-Yellow lost to FaZe (7:13 on Overpass, 13:4 on Mirage and 7:13 on Inferno), while Apeks fell to GamerLegion (8:13 on Vertigo and 11:13 on Overpass).
In turn, FaZe and GamerLegion advanced to the lower bracket final, where tomorrow, October 18, they will fight a berth in the tournament playoffs. This match will kick off at 07:30 CET.
