OverDrive: Liquid part ways with Rainwaker

Bulgarian esports athlete Aleks "Rainwaker" Petrov departed Liquid. Insider Aleksey "OverDrive" Birukov reported this via his social media accounts.

Rainwaker joined the Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis-led roster last summer from the 500 lineup. Together with the team, he participated in four events, including IEM Cologne 2023 and ESL Pro League Season 18.

It is unknown what caused the player's departure. At the same time, Liquid has little time before the next tournament, as BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2023 Americas kicks off on October 4.
