Former NAVI analyst: "The ceiling of the new roster is what they showed in Cologne"

Former NAVI analyst Vsevolod "Pradiggg" Plotnikov assessed in an interview with Sports.ru the performance of the Black-and-Yellow's new lineup, which was assembled after his departure from the club. In his opinion, the current starting five showed their peak at the recent IEM Cologne 2023, from which they got eliminated one step away from advancing to the playoffs.

I sincerely wish the guys success. I hope that B1ad3 and Amiran (NAVI's Head of Sports – ed.) will succeed. But I don't believe in this lineup. I don't like both Aleksib as an IGL and the fact that they switched to an English-speaking roster. In the short term, this team will not pop off, as it seems to me. Everyone is always expecting NAVI to secure first places. In this situation, their ceiling is what they showed in Cologne. That is, 7th-8th place and the standard struggle for advancing to the playoffs.

Notably, in the recent off-season, NAVI replaced three players at once. Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen, Justinas "jL" Lekavicius and Mihai "iM" Ivan joined the roster, as a result of which the team switched to English communication.
