Liquid announce signing of Rainwaker

Dutch club Liquid announced via their social media accounts the signing of Aleks "Rainwaker" Petrov. The 22-year-old Bulgarian esports athlete previously competed for 500.

Rainwaker became famous for his stints with SKADE, with which he won many online tournaments. At the end of 2022, Petrov joined 500, with which here he secured several victories, and also took part in the Europe RMR for BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023.

As many insiders have reported, Liquid will also sign Robert "Patsi" Isyanov, who officially departed Team Spirit a little earlier. According to rumors, Liquids paid $100,000 for the player's transfer. In turn, the club will part ways with Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski, who is actively looking for a new home to pursue his career.
