B8, Aurora and Falcons lose their chances to qualify for BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023

The first playday of the additional qualifying stage for BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 has ended, with B8, Aurora and Falcons losing their chances to qualify for the Major. In turn, Cloud9, FaZe and BIG will fight for the remaining ticket to the Paris Major.

Ukrainian roster lost to Cloud9 (9:16 on Ancient and 7:16 on Vertigo), Aurora fell to FaZe (13:16 on Ancient and 7:16 on Overpass), while the French got defeated by BIG (13:16 on Nuke and 14:16 on Mirage).

Tomorrow, April 15, three winners will compete for the last ticket to BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023. According to the Buchholz system, Finn "karrigan" Andersen's squad advanced straight to the match for the spot against the winner of the Cloud9 – BIG confrontation.

The first game will start at 11:00 MSK, while the match for a Major berth is scheduled for 15:15 MSK. The winner of the additional qualifying round will receive the Contenders seed.
