Movistar Riders secure ESL Pro League Season 17 spot; Heroic advance to quarterfinals

Movistar Riders has secured the last available ticket to the playoffs of ESL Pro League Season 17 from Group B. In a fight for the spot in the decisive stage of the tournament, the Spaniards defeated BIG with a scoreline of 2:1 – 13:16 on Vertigo, 16:12 on Nuke and 16:9 on Ancient.

Besides the match between BIG and Movistar Riders, final Group B's playday saw a confrontation between Heroic and MOUZ, which determined the quarterfinal participant. In the battle between the two teams that had previously secured their spots in the playoffs, the Danes won – 16:12 on Nuke and 16:14 on Inferno.
