Team Spirit begins search for female team coach

Team Spirit plans to assemble a female roster and has already started a hunt for a coach, according to the corresponding announcement that was published via Dragons’ social media accounts.

The requirements for the female team’s skipper are not disclosed publicly. Applicants should email their application to dbukhteev@teamspirit.gg.

Team Spirit launched open tryouts for female CS:GO team in early 2021. Russian-speaking girls aged 16 or older, who have achieved at least Level 8 on FACEIT, had the opportunity to secure a spot in the new roster, which was supposed to be led by Team Spirit Academy’s coach Dmitry "S0tF1k" Forostyanko.

In 2021, the tournament operator ESL launched a series of regular championships for female teams called ESL Impact. Plans for 2023 can be found here.
