JOTA replaces fer on Imperial

Imperial have announced via their official social media accounts the reshuffle, which saw Jhonatan "JOTA" Willian join the team from MIBR. He replaced the experienced Fernando "fer" Alvarenga.

JOTA represented MIBR since the fall of 2021. With him on board, the squad attended mainly regional tournaments, and also managed to qualify for such big events as IEM Katowice 2022, ESL Pro League Season 16, PGL Major Antwerp 2022 and IEM Cologne 2022.

fer leaves Imperial a year after the project's creation under the direction of Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo. The eminent Brazilian, who, according to rumors, is nearing the end of his professional career, did not open up about his plans for the new competitive season.

The revamped Imperial lineup will debut at EPL Season 17 Conference South America. The tournament, which is a qualifier for the upcoming season of the ESL Pro League, will be held online on January 18-20.

 Imperial's current lineup is:

 Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo
 Ricardo "boltz" Prass
 Marcelo "chelo" Cespedes
 Vinicius "VINI" Figueiredo
 Jhonatan "JOTA" Willian
