Begrip returns to CS:GO

Eminent Swedish organization Begrip has announced its intention to return to the CS:GO pro scene. The club shared its plans shortly after a big brand renewal.

In a comment to Fragbite, Begrip CEO Andreas "krypt" Naaman said the organization will focus on developing Swedish talents, which it has earned its reputation for in the past.

We have gone back to our roots in Counter-Strike when Begrip rose Swedish talents up to an international level. There are many organizations that have lost hope in the Swedish scene, but Begrip has not. We have the ability to help future stars take the next step in their careers. We teach young people how esports works and what it takes to become a professional player or streamer. There are many talents in Sweden that deserve to be in the spotlight, but many organizations, unfortunately, lack both knowledge and experience, as well as financial support.

The Begrip lineup will be announced in the near future. The club also plans to organize a number of online and LAN tournaments for Swedish players.

Begrip was founded in 2000 and came to prominence as a team that showed the world such future stars as Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg, Patrik "cArn" Sättermon, Robert "RobbaN" Dahlström, Björn "THREAT" Pers and Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund.
