NIP coach explains differences between Swedish and Danish players

NIP coach Daniel "djL" Narancic compared his experience working with Swedish and Danish players in an interview to the club's YouTube channel. According to him, Danish esports athletes are more diligent in improving their individual skills while the Swedes devote more time to developing intra-team interactions.

I think, at least for the Danish players, they want to do the boring work of like watching demos, having an idea of what they want to do. Swedes are good at becoming better as a team more than becoming better as individuals. So I think just overall Danish players have a better understanding of like "Okay, I have to get better as a player."

I would say in Copenhagen Flames I learned the most. You learn from everyone. I was with Snappi in c0ntact as well. I think that is the best thing, even though I hate to change teams all the time.

djL has been coaching the NIP roster since the beginning of 2022. There are three Swedes currently playing under the guidance of the specialist, namely Ludvig "Brollan" Brolin, Hampus "hampus" Poser and Fredrik "REZ" Sterner, as well as Dane Patrick "es3tag" Hansen.
