KRIMZ: "fnatic are slowly climbing to the top"

fnatic's Freddy "KRIMZ" Johansson gave an interview to Dust2.com.br after making the IEM Rio Major 2022 playoffs, in which he assessed the progress of the team in three months after the summer reshuffle. The experienced Swede believes that now his roster is gradually returning to the top of the CS:GO pro scene.

It's really good that we finally found a stable core. The team has had some difficulties and bad results in the past, but fnatic are slowly climbing to the top. I'm very happy to be here at the Major again. It's an amazing atmosphere, the people, the crowd. I've never seen anything like this. It seems to me that everything happening here is more like some kind of fun festival rather than a CS:GO competition.

fnatic made it to the playoffs of IEM Rio Major 2022 after the successful Challengers Stage and Legends Stage, during which they defeated such teams as Cloud9, OG, 9z, NIP, ENCE and BIG.

For fnatic, it will also be the first playoff appearance at a Valve-sponsored tournament in four years. The last time the eminent club was among the top 8 of a Major was at ELEAGUE Boston Major 2018.
