cajunb joins Astralis Talent

32-year-old Danish esports athlete René "cajunb" Borg will play for Astralis' academy team. The club has announced the signing of the player via its official Twitter account.

In the Astralis Talent roster, Borg replaced Mikkel "MistR" Thomsen, who yesterday, September 20, was temporarily moved to the main squad to step in for the injured Kristian "k0nfig" Wienecke.

cajunb joins Astralis' youth team seven months after his last official match. At the end of February this year, he parted ways with AGF and became a free agent.

Interestingly, Borg is one of the players who in 2016 was among the founders of Astralis as an organization. Then he played for the Danes for only half a year and later represented such teams as Dignitas, OpTic, Cloud9 and North.

 Astralis Talent's current lineup is:

 Alexander "Altekz" Givskov
 Kristoffer "Kristou" Aamand
 Nicklas "jarko" Rasmussen
 Patrick "Patti" Larsen
René "cajunb" Borg

 Peter "casle" Ardenskjold (coach)
