Vitality through to ESL Pro League Season 16 quarterfinals

Vitality have secured their quarterfinal spot in the ESL Pro League Season 16 playoffs by topping Group A. After winning in the first three rounds, Dan "apEX" Madesclaire's squad continued their unbeaten streak in a three-map affair against NAVI – 10:16 on Inferno, 16:14 on Mirage and 16:12 on Overpass.

The fourth matchday of Group A also saw two other matches playing out, the result of which kept the intrigue for places in the top 3. fnatic defeated Team Spirit (16:11 on Nuke and 16:9 on Mirage), while NIP got the better of Endpoint (16:7 on Vertigo and 19:15 on Inferno).

On September 4, all games of the final round will kick off at 20:30 MSK. The final position of the teams in the group will be determined by the results of the following meetings: NAVI – NIP, Vitality – Team Spirit and fnatic – Endpoint.
