All matches in Group B at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 have been played out, with NAVI becoming the winner of the quartet. After being knocked down to the lower bracket, Denis "electroNic" Sharipov and company took over G2 (16:14 on Mirage) and Complexity (16:3 on Overpass), while in the grand final got the better of Liquid (16:4 on Dust2).

As the winner of Group B, NAVI secured the best seed in the next stage of the tournament, where they will play in the final of their bracket. Liquid, as the second-place finisher, made it to the semifinals, while the outsiders of Group B Complexity and G2 will start the Gauntlet stage from the quarterfinals.
